Ham is one of the most versatile foods – as a main meal in itself, or as an inspiration for sandwiches and rolls as well as quick family meals such as paninis, omelettes, frittatas, pasta and rice dishes.
Bee's Knees hams are honey cured and manuka smoked, using their own special curing recipe. They are then smoked, before being cooked in purpose built cookers to optimise the moist, succulent texture that Bee's Knees hams are renowned for. After being cooled and chilled overnight the hams are ready for packing the next day.
